Is this product authentic?

All goods sold by Jillian Jill are 100% genuine (unless explicitly stated in the products listing).
 

Payment Policy:

Jillian Jill takes all Major Credit Cards, Pay Pal and Shop Pay

Shipping Policy:

Shipped Method: USPS (First Class) DHL/UPS

When: Order will be process after payment is confirmed (2 business days).

Standard  times:

US  products: 2 - 7 business days*
Overseas products: 5 -10 business days* 

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, an email containing your tracking details will be sent to the registered email address. 

Refund Policy:

Refund: Your item must be in the same condition that you received unworn or unused, with tags, and clear from damage, in the original packing, and with the SKU label. You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  

To start a return: You can contact us at boho@JillianJill.com. We will respond to you within 24 - 72 hours with shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. A return authorization number will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do NOT accept exchanges of any kind. 

Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return item to be processed. We will contact you once we receive and inspect your return. Upon approval, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit will be issued. Please remember it can take 2 to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to issue. 

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking FEE;

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless a shipping error or item is damaged. 

 

Cancel my Order:

In case you want to cancel your order, you can do so without incurring any cancellation charges only if the order has not been shipped. If an order has been shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellations. We usually ship and order within 24 working hours after placing the order. 

Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
